How long does it take to process my order?

Most ready-to-ship pieces are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order designs may take longer depending on complexity, but I’ll always communicate timelines clearly.

How do you ship orders, and how long does delivery take?

All packages are shipped from Georgia via USPS First-Class Mail unless an upgrade is selected at checkout. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

Do you offer local pickup or market pickup?

Currently, I don’t offer local pickup through the website, but you can always catch me at upcoming markets! Check The Maker’s Table blog or my social pages for event announcements.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Unworn jewelry may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Please contact me before sending your item back so I can guide you through the process.
Because of their personalized nature, custom orders and sale items are final sale.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Store your jewelry flat or hanging in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to water, lotions, or perfumes. To clean, gently wipe with a soft cloth.
Each piece is delicate and handmade, a little care will help it stay beautiful for years to come.

Can I request a custom design or color?

Absolutely! I love creating meaningful pieces. Send a message through the Contact page with your ideas, event date, and preferred colors. I’ll follow up to discuss options and timeline.
